HTC's One SV serves a very specific niche: consumers looking for a no-contract Android smartphone for use on Cricket's expanding 4G network. If that doesn't stop you dead in your tracks, read on.
The One SV boasts a 4.3-inch display (480 x 800), a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8GB of onboard storage and 1GB of RAM. It features a 5-megapixel main camera and a 1.6-megapixel video conferencing camera. It features Beats audio enhancement technology and two year's worth of free DropBox storage (up to 25GB).
The One SV won praise for its design, low price and overall performance (for a mid-range phone) but lost points for its lousy camera, poor battery life, and underwhelming display.
