LG has been casting about for a hit in the Android smartphone market. The 4G Optimus G is its latest bid to steal some thunder from Samsung and by all accounts, the G delivers some impressive benchmarks. It's anchored in Qualcom's 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor (the first handset with such a distinction) with a 4.73-inch HD display (1280 x 768), 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
You'll also find a 13-megapixel camera, NFC and a thin design measuring in at just .33 inches thick. The Optimus G runs Android 4.04 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It's yours for $199 and a two-year contract with AT&T.
