But this month I learned that the freedom TO speak doesn’t always lead to being free AFTER you speak, when I met journalists and campaigners at the 7th annual Internet Governance Forum (IGF), held in Baku, Azerbaijan. “The Internet may not be a human right but it is fundamental to the exercise of human rights, expression and access to information and exchange.
